You don't need a CS degree. You need curiosity, drive, and genuine interest in how products solve real problems.
Career transition or early-stage PM
Ideal for career changers, recent grads, or those with 0–2 years of PM experience looking to accelerate.
Commitment to the full program
The 10-week course is intensive. Scholarship recipients must commit to completing all assignments and the internship.
Financial need or underrepresented background
We prioritize candidates for whom the cost of education is a genuine barrier to career growth.
English proficiency
All coursework, mentoring, and internship communications are conducted in English.

How many scholarships are awarded per cohort?
We award a limited number of scholarships each cohort — typically 3 to 5 spots. We keep this number intentionally small so that scholarship recipients receive the full attention and support they deserve.
Do I need prior PM experience to apply?
No prior PM experience is required. In fact, the program is specifically designed for career changers and early-career individuals. What matters is your drive, curiosity, and commitment to completing the program.
Is the scholarship a loan? Do I have to pay it back?
No — the scholarship is a grant, not a loan. There is absolutely no repayment required, ever. The full $2500 value of the program is covered at no cost to you.
Can I apply if I'm currently employed full-time?
Yes. Many of our students are working professionals. The program is designed to be manageable alongside a full-time job, though it does require a meaningful time commitment of approximately 10–15 hours per week.
When does the next cohort begin?
Cohorts run on a rolling basis. Once you're accepted, you'll be notified of the upcoming start date. Most students start within 2–4 weeks of acceptance. Apply early to secure your spot in the next cohort.
Is the internship remote?
Yes, all internship placements are fully remote. You'll be placed at a startup that operates asynchronously, making it accessible to students anywhere in the world with a reliable internet connection.
What if I'm not selected for the scholarship?
If you're not selected for the scholarship, you can still enroll in the UpskillPM program at the standard price. We also encourage you to re-apply for the next cohort's scholarship round.
